At Krishna Rasoi, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and minimal food wastage, we request our customers to kindly follow the cancellation guidelines below:

  1. Same-Day Cancellations:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time.
    • Same-day cancellations made after this period will be charged in full as the food would have already been prepared.
  2. Monthly Subscription Plans:
    • You can pause or cancel your monthly plan with 24 hours' notice.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting charges for days tiffin was already delivered.
  3. How to Cancel:
    • Cancellations can be made via WhatsApp, phone call.
    • Please mention your name, contact number, and delivery address while canceling.
  4. Emergency Cancellations:
    • We understand emergencies happen. In genuine cases (medical emergencies, travel, etc.), please contact us directly and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
